Whether you are mobilising a single site or a group of sites, it can be very stressful as there are so many moving parts to manage. Setting up the cleaning team, dealing with TUPE, training your team, getting to know the site, and the personnel surrounding it, arranging suppliers visits, getting the cleaning cupboards stocked, COSHH files sorted, risk assessments completed, along with arranging the required cleaning machinery and the associated training. Needless to say, it doesn’t take much to derail plans and cause a whole chain of problems that only add to the workload.

It's this exact reason why we created Seamless.    

Seamless is a proven mobilisation methodology developed by Chespack Hygiene to better support site mobilisations as we take on the ownership of all things relating to the coordination of; cleaning products, consumables, equipment and machinery.  

With all this taken care of, it enables operations teams to focus on the tasks, that they can only do, whilst having the confidence that the i's are being dotted and the t’s crossed, on time consuming tasks such as product consolidation, machinery requirements, COSHH collation, training sheets, equipment training and such like. All this is managed via a digital platform providing live updates which combined with regular communication ensures a Seamless mobilisation.
