Briscoe Lane Academy in Manchester is a mixed school for 3-11 years old with 400 pupils.

The school historically used mini jumbo toilet rolls resulting in blocked drains and, with the pupils continuing to use the facilities, they left us with the very difficult task to empty and flush the pans. Chespack Hygiene recommended the Bay West (North Shore) tissue range with its fast dissolving properties. As a result, it has completely eliminated the problem of blocked drains and saved a huge amount of staff time.

In rare occasions where dispensers have been damaged, Chespack Hygiene have replaced them promptly - and free of charge - as soon as they were reported. This level of customer care has ensured a very satisfied Site Manager.
