The Contact Company is a large contact centre in Birkenhead with a turnover of £20m and 1,500 employees. A second state of the art premises, Kingsgate, is due to open in early 2016 with 48,000 sq ft capacity confirming TCC’s commitment to providing the best environment for their employees.

Following some recent issues with wet floors after mopping on high traffic areas, Chespack Hygiene was called in to assess the situation and provide a suitable solution. After trialling the Rubbermaid micro fibre flat mopping system, it not only solved the problem with the wet floors but also provided a much better surface finish.

In addition, the new cleaning solution meant the elimination of health & safety issues in regards to the buckets of water previously used, which could cause a trip hazard and had potential manual handling issues.
